Payam Boromand from Iran with ‘European Art’
Payam Boromand came up with this cartoon to mark World Refugee Day. He is based in Tehran, where he studied painting at Islamic Azad University, and since graduation has been working as a cartoonist for Iranian newspapers and magazines such as Etemad and Peyvast.
