A US volunteer is facing up to 20 years in prison for giving food and water to migrants crossing the Arizona desert.
Scott Warren, a geographer, denies the charges of ‘conspiracy to transport and harbour migrants’. He explains his motivation simply: ‘People are dying on the edge of our town.’
