Is a female president of Afghanistan in 2014 a realistic prospect?
I see a lot of social progress in Afghanistan. I understand it’s a traditional country. But I think it wouldn’t be the right approach to keep quiet and not pursue changes. We’ve seen other Muslim countries with female leaders. We should get out of our traditional closet.
